We walk the space, talk to the people who'll run it, and design backwards from how it should feel.
Spec to survive VE
Drawings and budgets that hold up to value engineering. We mark what's load-bearing for the experience and what isn't, so the right things get cut.
Design what we'll service
Every system we draw is one we plan to support in year five. No black boxes. No orphan firmware.
When to bring us in
Before the GC bid is ideal. Mid-design works too, if the AV scope needs an owner.
