CORAL.

Questions, answered.

The things people ask before they start a project with us. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

What does an AV integrator do?

An AV integrator designs, engineers, installs, and commissions the audio, video, lighting, and control systems in a space so they work as one. CORAL is a full-service integrator with an art-forward approach: the technology serves the experience, never the other way around.

What kinds of projects does CORAL take on?

Corporate experience centers and lobbies, museums and exhibits, brand and retail activations, live events, and architectural media. We also work white-label as the technical partner to creative agencies, architects, and exhibit designers.

Where does CORAL work?

Our home base is Charleston, South Carolina, and we take on work worldwide.

Who actually does the work?

One team, start to finish. The people who design your system are the people who engineer, install, and commission it, and they are the team you call afterward. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Can you work alongside our architect, contractor, or agency?

Yes. We regularly join projects as the technology partner to architects, general contractors, and design firms, delivering coordination drawings, power and data requirements, and structural loading early enough to matter. For agencies, we can work entirely under your name.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A corporate experience center typically runs six to twelve months from discovery to commissioning. A short-run activation with defined creative can go from kickoff to install in four to eight weeks.

What happens after the system opens?

We stay on. Support includes remote monitoring, content updates, scheduled service visits, and a support line. Systems are built to run unattended and recover on their own, with alerts to a person who can act.

How do we start a project?

Start a conversation through our contact page. Creative intent, plans or a site survey, a target range, and the schedule are enough to begin. We can work from a napkin sketch if that is what exists.
