Full production of a black-tie anniversary gala on the Assembly Studios lot - custom LED content, show design, and complete event capture for a global audience.

The client was flying leadership in from around the world for a milestone celebration and wanted a night that felt cinematic from arrival to last call. The canvas was an open-air site with a tented main room and a towering LED marquee at its center.

We produced the evening end to end: designed the event look, created custom content for the LED tower and screens, and ran AV through a program of awards, speeches, and live music. Our team also shot photo and video across the night, delivering a complete content library after the event.

The night landed. Guests arrived to their brand lighting up the skyline, the program ran seamless through its confetti finale, and the recap content traveled around the world afterward.
